ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes only open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family, and household members of Uniforms Hawaii Corp (the “Sponsor”), and its respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.  The term “immediate family” includes parents, children, spouses, siblings, and in-laws, whether or not they reside in the same household. “Household members” are persons residing in the same household. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsor upon request. All entry information must be complete and accurate. Sponsor will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Winners of any other Sponsor sweepstakes or contests within the past 30 days from this Sweepstakes’ entry deadline are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these Official Rules are not followed. By entering this Sweepstakes you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

TWO WAYS TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: (1) Follow @uniformshawaii on instagram, repost the requested photo and tag #koihappiness or 2) You may handwrite your name, address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime telephone number (area code included) and date of birth on a 3”x 5” card and mail it in a business size (#10) envelope to 650 Iwilei Road #115, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 postmarked no later than May 20, 2017. A mail-in entry must be received by May 25, 2017 to be eligible for the drawing. An entry through each method is considered a separate entry. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, illegible, stolen, misdirected or mutilated entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ENTRIES IF METHOD OF ENTRIES IS ABUSED. DUPLICATE AND NEAR-DUPLICATE TWEETS DO NOT QUALIFY AS AN ENTRY.

ONE (1) PRIZE will be awarded on or about June 1, 2017 via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM HST on May 31, 2017. The prize winner (“Winner”) will receive four (4) Koi Scrub Tops from the Sponsor's in store stock, which must be selected and picked up by Winner at 650 Iwilei Road #115, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 during business hours -- no later than 30 days from the June 1, 2017. Alternatively, at Sponsor's discretion (and in no case internationally), the item may be shipped at Winner's expense. No prize substitution permitted. Odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries submitted during the Entry Period.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this promotion, all participants and prize winner agree that Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, illness, litigation or damage that may occur from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of prizes.

GENERAL: Sponsor has the sole power and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the sweepstakes at any time, without cause or prior notice, and to interpret the rules and make decisions regarding the interpretation of the rules and amend or clarify the rules at anytime in its sole and absolute discretion. If we do amend or clarify these rules, we will post the amended rules on our website at www.UniformsHI.com. All decisions of Sponsor in respect to this sweepstakes and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and legally binding and conclusive in all matters. No participant or winner shall have any right to challenge or contest any decision of Sponsor concerning the sweepstakes, its rules, interpretations, determinations, eligibility, verification, timeliness, winners, prizes or any other matter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes are winner’s sole responsibility.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to photographs, voice recordings and any statement made by the winner without further compensation or permission. No transfer or assignment of any prize is permitted. By entering this Sweepstakes, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, voice recording and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. No advertising or promotion agencies, nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any service, or any other error or malfunction, or for late, stolen, lost, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries or mail, or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly.
